Most compounds are supplied in sealed vials as lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder for laboratory research purposes. Product format and specifications are listed on each product page. Bacteriostatic water is available separately for laboratory research use.

Yes — COAs are batch/lot specific. Match the lot number on your vial (e.g., SUYI-0001) to the corresponding COA in our COA library.
Shipping
Orders are processed and shipped once payment has cleared.
Zelle and Venmo: Payments are typically confirmed quickly. Orders placed before 3:00 PM Pacific Time on business days with confirmed payment and UPS 2nd Day Air selected are eligible for same-day shipping. Orders placed after the cutoff will be processed the next business day.
Bank account eDebit: Payments typically take 1–2 business days to clear. Weekends and bank holidays are not processing days and may extend this timeframe. Orders ship only after payment has cleared.
UPS Ground: In-stock orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

We offer UPS Ground and UPS 2nd Day Air shipping within the United States.
UPS Ground typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on the destination.
UPS 2nd Day Air typically delivers within two business days after UPS receives the package. Orders with confirmed payment placed before 3:00 PM Pacific Time on business days are eligible for same-day shipment.

Returns & Refunds
Due to the sensitive nature of research materials and strict handling standards, we do not accept returns on opened, used or improperly stored products. All sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing.
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue and supporting photos. Our team will review and assist accordingly.
Cancellation or changes may be possible before your order ships. Once processing begins we may not be able to modify or cancel — contact us as quickly as possible.
