Due to strict quality-control standards and the sensitive nature of research compounds, Lumen does not accept returns on opened, used, or improperly stored products. All products are handled and shipped under controlled conditions.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your order arrives with missing items, incorrect products, or damage, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photos. Our team will review and assist.

Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be made before the order ships. Once an order has shipped it cannot be canceled.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for opened or used items, improperly stored products, or items affected by customer misuse or handling.

Refunds

Where a refund is approved, it is issued to the original payment method. All sales are otherwise final unless stated in writing.
